I’ve only been using the Brain-Belly-Body Elixir Mixer for a few weeks, but so far I’m really enjoying it. I have been using this elixir, mixer miracle Whole Foods supplement for a year now! My annual visits with all of my doctors and specialists came back stellar, and I attribute it to the incorporation of this product daily! It did take me a while to get used to the taste, but now I love it and I make it exactly the way Joey illustrates in the video! The water has to be cold! I had such success with my blood work that all my doctors wanted a copy of the nutritional value for this product and I’ve supplied it to all of them because I believe they are ordering it for their own use. My sister started using this in Florida and continues and it’s something that I’m going to be incorporating in my life on a regular basis because I think I’m worth it! I waited a while to order the Elixer Mixer because it was pricey and didn’t fit into my budget, so when you offered a discount I decided to try it. I am very pleased with the overall results. I am noticing better hair, skin, sleep and lots more. The taste was good but at the end of the drink it didn’t dissolve well so I purchased the 12oz Helimix Shaker and it improved the consistency. I love the Elixer Mixer green drink . I took it on a two week road trip in the mountains this summer . Driving 9- 10 hours a day . I’ve been taking this for several months. Not sure how much different I feel, but it is nice to know that I’m getting all the vitamins I need. My main concern is to get more toned. My skin is quite soft and flabby. My goal is to start a one on one coaching program with Joey to hopefully remedy some of this.
I am on my second bottle and love it! I break up the serving into three over the course of a day with a small glass of water. I find it gives me a great boost of energy and mental clarity. This is amazing - I’m only a week in but feeling better and it really takes the edge off that before dinner hunger. It’s Friday afternoon and I’m missing my wine - giving it up for a bit and adding my fuel to this glass makes it feel elegant.
As I get older, and I’m 69, I don’t really have any desire to eat all that much. So it’s good to know that I’m getting plenty of nutrition through my smoothie. I’ve always had a lot of energy, but I do notice that I’m sleeping better and am incredibly regular now. To be clear, I’m also doing other new supplements that are very clean and wonderful, but I’m sure the elixir is part of the positive mix.
Hi, I’m Pamela and I’ve known Joey since the early 2010s when I hired him as my personal trainer online with his naked beauty anti-cellulite exercise program which I incorporate three times a week without fail! It has made such a difference for me that when he notified me of the elixir mixer, I knew I needed to try it I have been on it since the beginning of the year and I have seen such a marked improvement so I’m enclosing a picture of what my kitchen counter looks like every single morning and this is how I make my mixer as according to Joey‘s instructions. The biggest improvement I see with this product because I am a senior lady is the decrease of muscle and joint pain throughout my body Particularly in my knees, feet, hips and shoulders! I am Pamela! I have known Joey since I was looking for a low impact home workout after a spinal neck fusion in 2010. He was my answer and he is my trainer. I was a trainer for health fitness centers in the late 70s in Connecticut, so I know a trainer when I see one🌟and I studied under two Mr. Universe contenders during that time. I continue to be a faithful member at 24 Hour Fitness and then I incorporate that with three days a week at my home with Joey‘s Anti-cellulite beautiful body workout for now 14 years so I knew when he came up with this elixir that I needed to investigate it This is my six week on this elixir and I don’t wanna give it up. I can see that my body needed some help intestinally and with achy joints. I suffer from lupus and osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis so I’m looking for any benefit. I can add. I have been very pleased with my increase in energy, I can feel my body is working more efficiently internally and my knees, hands, wrists and ankles, and feet don’t hurt as much! After a ton of reading on all kinds of health issues trying to help loved ones get healthy. I’ve learned sun light, healthy foods, vitamins and exercise help most situations. Most of our food is missing nutrients so we need a fix. This stuff is all organic, whole food sourced and blows all the competition away. I honestly don’t think you can find 10 things combined that would compare. I think he set out to find every vitamin needed for health and then crammed it all into a drink then made it taste good. No more stacking different pills to try to cover all the bases. When I lived in FL, I worked out in Joey’s studio and have since kept up with his growth and expansion. When Elixir was introduced I knew I had to try it. I am loving the Elixir Mixer! I was taking it for about a month and noticed my energy level was higher and so was my ability to focus. But then I forgot to reorder and went a couple weeks without it and noticed a big difference in the opposite direction!! Well, now I'm stocked up because I don't want to go a day without this "magic green drink!", even though it's far more than just another greens drink. I've tried several green powders in the past, but the taste and effect of the Elixir Mixer is on a whole other level! There are 3 reasons I like this product. First is I was diagnosed with acid reflux and told to quit coffee. This gives me the wake up energy so I do not miss the coffee. Second I was on a natural thyroid support for thyroid and this has all I need for that minus the magnesium. From my bone density calciumI was getting too much of that affecting my system. Third I like the taste and how I feel.
life I've been into my health, taking care of myself, good mindful nutrition and consistent exercise. But like most people, I'm always seeking to learn and improve what I'm doing, especially with some of the sensitivities and issues I've had. Keep in mind I'm in my mid sixties now. Well who would have known that I'd meet Joey on my morning dog walks with Bolt - and I would learn some important things and experience fast improvements soon after meeting him. I know most people who find him online don't get the chance to meet him, but in person he is such an energetic and positive soul who is willing to help anyone who wants to improve. The first thing I started sharing with him was my supplement list, and to my surprise he pointed out several things that I didn't need to take, plus a few that were really just a waste and not doing me any good. This review has been a long time coming as I really wanted to give this fantastic, organic supplement time to see exactly what continued use could do for my brain, belly and body. I have been using the Elixir-Mixer in water or a smoothie regularly for two and a half months. When I started using it I had been battling many GI issues, muscle and joint pain, brain fog, brittle, peeling nails and dull skin and hair. I am in my early 60’s and despite being active, exercising my whole life and eating very clean I was struggling with the things I was fighting to correct. During the past year I have become sensitive to gluten and diagnosed with SEBO and Leaky Gut. The Elixir-Mixer has been a huge help for all my health issues, especially all the inflammation in my body. It also controls my hunger by quieting down my appetite which makes it much easier for toning and seeing definition in my body. My brain fog and mental clarity have gotten so much better. Every day I surprise myself with what I am now able to remember. The coffee fruit extract in the Elixir-Mixer is great for my brain as well as acting as an appetite suppressant. First I've got to say the taste is very pleasant. There's not an overwhelming gritty taste like some powders and this mixes really well. I've only been taking this wonderful triple-B elixir for 2 weeks and my face is feeling so smooth. It appears to be going through a transition process but the smoothness is nice! My energy level is a little better. I have added a photo that shows a big dimple spot that has smoothed out however, I still have tons of cellulite on the backs of my legs. I finished up my bottle of physicians choice prebiotic and probiotic just 4 days after starting this elixir and so far my body seems to be doing just as good. I will definitely update or post another review once I see more changes.
My husband and I have used "super greens" for years. We recently went to a holistic healer. She took one look at the product that we were using and told us that it was not a good product. The main reason was that it wasn't organic. We were very excited to see that this one is. Ok, so I was really skeptical about Joey’s new ElixerMixer, not because I didn’t believe the product would do everything he said it would do but because I really hate drinking powdered drinks or really anything besides my water and coffee. For the last several weeks I have mixed up about 6-8 ounces water with my scoop of the elixir and drink it while I’m reading my meditations and spending time with Jesus. I started with just a couple ounces like a shot but find I actually enjoy it better with more water. What I have found is it actually does help me extend my fast in the morning, sometimes until lunch time. My nails are growing faster as well as my hair which also seems thicker. I can’t attribute this to anything else since I haven’t changed my diet or supplements. I actually quit taking my probiotic and collagen and wondering what else I might be able to eliminate. I have only been taking this wonderful elixir for 2 weeks but holy cow do I feel better and my nails are growing like crazy! I have been taking the Elixir Mixer for a couple of months now and the first thing I noticed was an increase in my energy levels. Okay, now I’m a fan of the Brain Body Belly Elixir and I’ll tell you why. I was a hard sell at first even though I love and respect you and all that you do for us clients of yours. I was a strong proponent of AG1 even before “influencers” pushed it to the chic status it enjoys today. So it was gonna take some strong benefits to push me off AG1’s customer base. When a reviewer of the Elixir said it reduced their appetite, that was when I said okay full steam ahead, let’s try it. And sure enough, I can’t eat as much as I used to! I mean by like half. My body must know it’s well nourished. I also think my insulin is under better control so I don’t feel driven to overeat making it easier to drop these last couple of pounds I want to lose. This is a HUGE plus and I’m very excited by it. And, my energy is steady.
